Vika and I rode our bikes down to a canal nearby and found a treasure trove of blackberry bushes with tons of berries that were ripe and ready for the harvest. While picking from these bushes we reflected on some spiritual insights. We could obviously relate harvesting berries to harvesting people for God (John 4:35) but it was cool to see how far we could draw out the meaning of our own little parable.
